Section 2 Account Registration and Management

Account Registration Requirements

  • Each player may only open one account using their personal details. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • The personal information provided when registering must be accurate and truthful. We reserve the right to close any account found to contain false information.
  • You must keep your account password secure. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from sharing your password with a third party.
  • You are responsible for preventing anyone under 21 from accessing your account.

Account Closure and Suspension

  • We reserve the right to suspend or close a player's account without prior notice if we suspect they have violated our code of conduct or are engaging in unfair play under any of the following circumstances.
  • Accounts of players involved in financial fraud or digital loan-sharking activities will be closed, and any funds held may be transferred to the relevant authorities.
  • A player may request to close their account at any time through 24/7 Live Chat.

Note: Withdrawal processing time is normally between 5 and 30 minutes. This may vary depending on the verification status of the player's deposit bank account.
  • Deposits and withdrawals can only be made using a payment method registered in the player's own name.
  • Payments from third-party bank accounts or third-party payment sources will not be accepted and will be returned immediately.
  • Withdrawal requests are processed after verification and then transferred to the player's bank account.
  • Depositing with externally borrowed funds (loans or credit cards) is strictly prohibited.

Section 4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus Terms

The npt77 welcome bonus is 100% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. Before withdrawing the bonus, the player must wager 20 times the bonus amount.

  • Bonuses cannot be combined with other bonuses.
  • The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household member, per bank account, or per IP address.
  • Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, and Roulette wagers count 100% toward the wagering requirement.
  • Games purchased with real money during a bonus period do not count toward the wagering requirement.
  • If the wagering requirement is not completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus funds will be forfeited.

Balance: 40,000 Ks
Wagering requirement: 20,000 × 20 = 400,000 Ks
Example 2
220,000 Ks + 100,000 Ks bonus
Balance: 320,000 Ks
Wagering requirement: 100,000 × 20 = 2,000,000 Ks

Note that in Example 2, where the deposit exceeds 100,000 Ks, the bonus cap means the maximum bonus received is 100,000 Ks.

General Promotion Rules

  • We reserve the right to change the duration, amounts, and terms of any promotion with or without prior notice.
  • If we determine that a player is exploiting promotions through gameplay designed to gain an unfair financial advantage, we reserve the right to cancel the bonus.
  • If we have reason to believe a bonus is being claimed improperly, we may withhold the requested funds, cancel the bonus, and close the account without payment.

Section 5 VIP Tiers & Cashback Program

The npt77 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players can reach VIP tiers based on their play history and activity.

VIP cashback is calculated by us once a week and credited to the player's account. Cashback funds are bonus funds and are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal.
  • We reserve the right to change the criteria for VIP tier progression.
  • Our decision on a player's VIP tier is final.
  • VIP bonuses will not be awarded to players whose accounts have been suspended.

Section 6 Fair Play & Player Responsibilities

Prohibited Activities

  • Bonus abuse (using pre-planned betting patterns designed to withdraw bonus funds)
  • Exploiting software bugs that compromise the game
  • Using bots, automation software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other unfair technology to play
  • Hacking game outcomes or attempting to gain advance knowledge of results
  • Misusing the platform and its services for unauthorized financial gain
  • Conducting deposits or withdrawals using a fake account identity

Player Responsibilities

  • Players must personally oversee the funds in their account and play only on their own behalf.
  • You must provide identity verification documents when requested.
  • You must treat other players and staff on the platform with respect.
  • Players are responsible for checking that online gambling complies with the laws in their own region.
  • If we believe your funds come from any illegal source, we may place a hold on those funds.

Section 7 Technology & Service Availability

Service Suspension

We reserve the right to temporarily take the platform offline for maintenance or technical reasons. During such periods, bonus payments and reward points will not be affected — you can continue any game once the platform is back.

Disconnection

If a connection is lost during play — whether on your end or ours — the financial outcome of that game will be determined by the software logs. The software logs are the final authority.

Game Result Disputes
